Question by Rolando A: I need collateral based rehab lender in Wisconsin!!!!? I have the opportunity to purchase real estate 20-40 cents on the dollar!!! I am waiting for another line of credit to mature and I dont waist time when opportunity knocks like this! I am a licensed mortgage originator and an experienced buyer for a local real estate company. As the market is wierd right now lenders seem to be too leveraged in too many deals already!!! HELP!!!
